The Concierge Association of the Palm Beaches is an organization which fosters the profession of Concierge through networking and education.

Our greatest resource is the knowledge and experiences of our members.

The association is structured by our bylaws, code of ethics, monthly meetings, social events, familiarization trips, business contacts, and the network of Concierge not only in Palm Beach County but worldwide.

The year has been going great! We have gained new members,our meetings have been enhanced by its content and participation and the communication within the members section of our website has been generating more blogs and our new poll questions. We have been gaining more attention from special interest groups and venues who did not know we existed. We are happy to inform them that we have been around since 1997 and we are more organized than ever.

The Concierge State Conference, which was held in Orlando September 6^th – 9^th this year was a great success. Over 200 attendees, a great trade show and David Mitchell who did his presentation on "Power of Understanding People” was an inspiring and informative speaker. We look forward to the 2012 conference and we look forward to having more of our members represent the Palm Beach area.
